After 10 years on the Island of Islay off the west coast of Scotland, followed by 5 years on Alderney, Channel Islands, Scott Chance has brought his 33 years of fine dining experience to the mainland. He hopes to bring great new relaxed friendly dining experience to Clifton village.

With Scott traditionally trained his years of experience and pedigree background in high level catering he was amazed at the wealth of quality locally sourced ingredients available and with the surrounding countryside full of good wild foods to forage working with the seasons decided Clifton was an ideal location for a restaurant.
